The only change: source went from Rolling to 'Rolling, Bee Merchant'. So the Bee Merchant route exists in exactly one revision by one editor, and is absent from the body text and the video.
Read the ledger this way: three later editors had the page in their hands and none of them reconciled the two roll chances. Two of them added or changed one cell each, and the contradiction from the first save is still live in the current revision.
