Limited event guide
Fishing Frenzy adds a fishing lake, Pearls, bait, rods, event plants, the Aquarium, and Dock Otter. This guide separates the official event window from prices and abilities confirmed by the player-maintained wiki.

Treat Fishing Frenzy as a second progression loop attached to your farm.
The event moves part of your attention away from seed rolling and ring optimization. You go to the fishing area, spend or equip bait, catch fish, and turn that activity into Pearls. Pearls then fund the event shop: stronger rods, higher-tier bait, three event plants, and Dock Otter. The important distinction is that bait is a repeat cost while rods, plants, and a pet are collection or progression purchases. That difference should drive your order.
Do not assume the highest listed price is automatically the best first purchase. A premium bait can consume the same currency you need for a rod upgrade or an event plant. Start by testing the loop with a low-cost option, learn how quickly your current setup earns Pearls, and only then set a target. Players with short sessions should prefer an attainable unlock; long-session grinders can justify saving for the top plant or Leviathan Rod.
The official Roblox event page proves that Gamecreates scheduled Fishing Frenzy for this universe and gives the start and end timestamps. It does not publish merchant prices, rod performance, catch odds, Aquarium rules, or Dock Otter's ability. Those details come from revision 1910 of the player-maintained Fandom page. We preserve that evidence boundary so a community correction can update the table without rewriting an official claim.
Every value in these three lists comes from the current community event revision. Item names are kept in English because those are the labels players see in the game. Prices are Pearls, not normal farm cash.
Community-confirmed price list from Fandom revision 1910; Roblox does not publish these merchant values in the official event listing.
Dock Otter costs 600,000 Pearls. The community page reports a 5% chance to harvest the full plot and add 50% income. That effect is promising for a ring farm because one activation touches far more value than a single-plant boost, but it has not been documented in an official Gamecreates source.
Reported ability, not an official or frame-tested value. Recheck after any event hotfix.
Run a short fishing session with the entry setup and record how many Pearls you actually earn. A price list without an earnings rate cannot tell you whether a 75,000-Pearl target is a one-session buy or a multi-day grind. This also prevents spending all available Pearls on bait before you understand the return.
Copper Rod is the first low-cost benchmark, while Silver and Golden create larger savings goals. Move one tier at a time unless you already know your catch rate supports a jump. The community source lists prices but does not publish a verified rod multiplier table, so a more expensive rod should be treated as progression, not a guaranteed ROI percentage.
Minnow Melon is the least expensive event plant, followed by Pearlberry Bush and Crowned Kelpfruit. These unlocks connect the event back to the main farming loop. Dock Otter is another long-term target if the reported full-plot harvest effect matches your in-game experience. Choose one target instead of splitting Pearls across every category.
Golden, Abyss, and Crown Bait sit far above the entry bait prices. Consumables make sense when they help finish a specific collection goal or improve a high-value run, but they are a poor default sink while a rod, plant, or pet remains within reach. Keep a reserve until you know whether unused Pearls and event items persist.

The Aquarium gives Fishing Frenzy a collection objective beyond earning currency. That matters because a player chasing a missing fish will value bait and rod upgrades differently from a player who only wants an event plant. Check what the display still needs before buying another consumable. A specific missing catch is a clearer purchase goal than simply equipping the most expensive bait available.
No official source in this review publishes a complete catch table, bait probability, fish value, or Aquarium completion reward. We therefore do not print invented odds or promise that a particular bait guarantees a fish. Use the shop table as a verified cost reference, inspect the in-game Aquarium for your own missing entries, and treat any unlabelled probability circulating in videos or comments as provisional.
The official Roblox event window runs from Jul 25, 2026, 2:00 PM through Aug 1, 2026, 2:00 PM, shown in UTC. The guide remains available as an archive after the window closes.
Yes. Roblox lists it as an event hosted by the verified Gamecreates account for the same universe used by Build A Ring Farm.
Pearls belong to the fishing loop: go to the event lake, catch fish, and use the event systems there. The reviewed official listing does not document the exact conversion or payout formula, so this guide does not invent one.
Use Copper Rod at 1,500 Pearls as the first rod benchmark, then measure your Pearl rate. Prioritize a reachable rod, event plant, or Dock Otter target before repeatedly buying the highest-tier bait.
Dock Otter costs 600,000 Pearls. The community page reports a 5% chance to harvest the full plot with a 50% income bonus. Treat both ability values as reported until an official description or reproducible frame test confirms them.
The official listing only confirms the event window. It does not say which systems or currencies remain afterward. Avoid spending decisions based on permanence until Gamecreates publishes a note or the post-event game state can be checked directly.
Official timing comes from Roblox. Prices, item names, images, and Dock Otter's reported ability were checked against Fandom revision 1910 on 2026-07-29.
