Liberty Spray: the 7.5× mutation you can still farm
Liberty Spray applied a 7.5× Liberty mutation and came only from the Uncle Sam quest chain during Fourth of July week. That window closed on July 11, 2026 — but the Bald Eagle pet still rolls Liberty on a timer, which is the part most guides skip.

The spray is gone; the mutation is not
The Uncle Sam quest chain ran from 2026-07-04 19:30 UTC to 2026-07-11 19:30 UTC. It has ended, and no source lists another way to obtain a Liberty Spray — not the Gear Shop, not crates, not the Composter.
The mutation itself is still live. The Bald Eagle pet applies Liberty on its own timer, so a player who bought the eagle during the event week keeps generating 7.5× crops long after the sprays ran out. If you missed the event entirely, there is currently no way in.
Uncle Sam quest chain
Uncle Sam stood next to the Pet Mutation Machine for the duration of the event. Five quests were listed; only four ever had published objectives.

Quest 5 is listed as TBA by every source we checked. The likeliest explanation is a placeholder that shipped unfinished and was never filled in before the event closed — but that is inference, not a documented fact.
Bald Eagle: the only remaining Liberty source
The Bald Eagle was a Robux-only pet sold during the same event week. It is the reason Liberty is still worth reading about in late July.

What the proc rate actually works out to
At 2.5% every 600 seconds, the eagle rolls six times an hour and lands roughly one Liberty every seven hours of play. That is slow, but it is free and it never stops — over a long session it quietly seeds your best plots with the 7.5× multiplier.
Where 7.5× lands
Harvest value for one Aurora Lotus — the most valuable crop you can still roll for — on the Outer Ring at 19×, level 1, no saw bonus. The mutation is the only thing changing between rows.

Harvest formula — Liberty is worth about 15% more per crop than Honeycomb or Magic and ranks #7 of 21 mutations. Cosmic (8×) is the next step up, and unlike Liberty you can still buy it.

- No source says whether the Fourth of July line comes back in 2027 or whether Liberty Spray gets another distribution.

- The eagle was flagged as available during the event week only. Nothing states whether it ever returns to the shop.
- Liberty stacking behaviour
- Liberty is not marked as a stacking mutation, so it should replace whatever is on the plant rather than adding to it — but the wiki does not state this explicitly for pet-applied Liberty.

What does Liberty Spray do in Build A Ring Farm?
It applies the Liberty mutation, multiplying that crop's sale value by 7.5×. That makes it the 7th strongest mutation in the game, sitting between Magic/Honeycomb (6.5×) and Cosmic (8×).
Can you still get Liberty Spray?
No. The spray only dropped from Uncle Sam quests 2 and 4 during the July 4–11, 2026 event window, and that window has closed. It is not sold in the Gear Shop and does not appear in any crate.
How do I get the Liberty mutation now?
Only through the Bald Eagle pet, which applies Liberty at 2.5% every 600 seconds while deployed. If you did not buy the eagle during the event week, there is no current route to Liberty.
How much is the Bald Eagle pet?
249 Robux. It is a Prismatic pet with a 6.5× earnings multiplier on top of its Liberty proc, and it was only purchasable during the event week.
Liberty or Cosmic — which is better?
Cosmic at 8× is stronger, and Cosmic Spray is still buyable at $25T in the Gear Shop. Liberty's advantage is that the eagle applies it for free, so if you own the eagle, save your Cosmic Sprays for plots the eagle has not touched.
What was the Firecracker Marigold Seed?
The reward from Uncle Sam quests 1 and 3 — one seed from quest 1 and three from quest 3. Like the spray, it was tied to the event window.
