What Starfall is actually worth
One plant on the Outer Ring at level 1, with and without Starfall applied. Because the mutation multiplies a harvest the ring already multiplied, a 4x mutation is worth far more on an expensive crop than a cheap one.

Values use the harvest formula: unit price × 1.25^(level − 1) × cash multiplier × mutation × ring × (1 + saw bonus / 7), calculated at level 1 with no cash multiplier and no saw bonus.
How to get Starfall
Starfall is event-only and cannot be bought. It rolls during Starfall Griffin events at 17.75% per plant, so the way to farm it is to keep a full plot count and be online when the event fires — every extra plant is another roll.
